Ensuring consistent rent collection is at the heart of our service, with a focus on selecting tenants who reliably meet their rent deadlines. In cases where payments are delayed, we’re prepared to issue late rent notices, including applicable late fees, and provide tenants with rent aid contact information to help overcome financial challenges. Our online platform offers a convenient payment system for tenants, promoting timely payments. According to our policies, rent is due by the 26th of the prior month, with a grace period as allowed by CO LAW. If a payment is missed post-grace period, we proceed with issuing a “Rent Demand Notice” and manage the process on your behalf, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining the financial health of your property.
