Boardwalk manages all of our properties and does a phenomenal job. We have been through a few PM companies, and this one is far and away the best. Nobody comes close to maximizing profits and minimizing expenses--while still maintaining a high quality product and executing great renovations for our tenants--as well as Maria, Joe, and Sydney. I only had Boardwalk manage my property for a few months until I sold my 24 unit apartment building but this is a change I should have/wish I had, made much sooner.  Riley Ross is exceptional! It's rare to find a property manager that actually does what they promise.  Riley was efficient and effective while always being available. The fees certainly added up but to me, it was well worth the cost for peace of mind.

I left a not so positive review regarding poor communication. It was immediately rectified. I discussed with Brett that there was a miss communication with contact numbers. Brett fully understood my frustration and did everything she could to fix it. Mistakes happen on all our parts but when you own up to it and fix it that’s good business. So huge thanks to Brett she seems vital to this operation and seemed to truly want a resolution!

Update: I’m post move-in, and had an experience with Brett in the Colorado Springs office. I needed assistance with something and Brett helped me right away! I also left smiling because of the friendless that I was met with. I continue to be impressed! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Boardwalk Property Management so far! Sydney and Maria were both a huge help! They responded quickly, assisted me with locating and looking at properties, and were so friendly throughout our conversations! When I wasn’t finding exactly what I was looking for, they followed up and continued to send me listings. After I inquired about one property, they went out of their way to ensure I was able to view it. Their care about what they do and the people they assist is apparent. I can only hope my experience with all other departments go as smoothly as this bit, because they have set the bar high! (Shout out to the whole team, in case I chatted with someone via text  that I didn’t get the name of) You guys are awesome.
